Step 1: Please complete our new client form below so that we can open a file for you! If you have more than one pet, we will add them to your file when booking your appointment.
Step 2: We will call you to schedule an appointment and add any other pets or contacts you may have.
Step 3: We will take a deposit equal to our consultation fee. It is refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your first visit but will be surrendered if you do not show. It can be paid by credit card over the phone or in person.

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that all professional fees are due at the time services are rendered.
We accept cash, Interact, Visa and MasterCard (we DO NOT accept personal cheques).
To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, ALL hospitalized and boarded patients must be current on all vaccines and free of external parasites.
